IRRIGATION & DRAINAGE
Every property handles water differently.
We design and manage irrigation and drainage systems together, based on your landscape design, plant needs, soil conditions, slope, and exposure on your specific property. Most of this is invisible - you’ll simply see a healthier living landscape and fewer water issues over time.
IRRIGATION SYSTEMS
Custom-designed systems tailored to your property
Custom sprinkler system design & installation
Designed around plant type, root depth, soil conditions, sun exposure, and property layout. We keep sprinklers invisible when not in use, and ensure that heads are not a trip hazard for people walking by.
Smart irrigation optimization & monitoring
Smart sprinklers aren’t enough. Our mission control system factors in local weather, rainfall, and system performance to keep watering efficient and appropriate.
Backflow testing & winterization
Seasonal protection to keep systems operating safely and reliably year after year.
Ongoing maintenance & walkthroughs
Regular inspections to identify early signs of pooling water, stressed plants, runoff issues, over-watering, under-watering, and any system inefficiencies.

DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
Proactive Planning and Targeted Solutions
Landscapes change over time. Mulch builds up, soil compacts, grading shifts, and water starts flowing differently. Ongoing water management is a critical part of maintaining your property to avoid plant loss, erosion, hardscape damage, or moisture around the foundation.
Our Drainage Services Include:
Surface and subsurface solutions: We look for pooling water, leaf discoloration, gutter runoff, damp mulch that leafblowers may have pushed up against your home, and more to catch emerging issues early.
Sump pumps, french drains, and dry wells: We evaluate gutter size and placement, assess drip zones and factor these into drainage solution installations to create dry basements
Window wells and foundation-adjacent drainage: We assess grading, soil composition, and water flow near foundation walls to reduce moisture intrusion and protect structural integrity.
Soil composition evaluation: We measure at least six inches below grade to assess soil composition. Drainage problems often sit beneath the surface, including compacted clay layers that restrict water movement.
Why This Matters
Water that isn’t managed properly doesn’t just affect plants, it can impact patios, walkways, retaining walls, and your home.

Commercial Properties
Commercial landscapes are the most visible part of your client experience, and often the most overlooked, frequently falling into the gap between landlord, tenant, and facilities management oversight.
We design and actively manage irrigation and drainage systems that protect structures, preserve plantings, and keep your property looking sharp year-round. With deep knowledge of local water district requirements and seasonal changes across Long Island, we don’t “set it and forget it,” we inspect and monitor grounds regularly.
